About Slush Bible
Slush Bible is the recipe companion for home slush machines. Every one of our 153 recipes is written specifically for countertop frozen-drink makers like the Ninja SLUSHi — with the correct sugar levels, alcohol limits and machine programs so your drink actually freezes to the perfect texture.
Slush machines are not blenders: texture depends on precise sugar-to-liquid ratios and alcohol percentages. Recipes that work in a blender often fail in a slush machine. Our recipes are built around the physics of freezing-point depression, calibrated for real machines, and standardised to a 2.5-litre vessel with scaling built in.
Every recipe is available in eight languages, and all alcoholic recipes are clearly marked. Recipes containing alcohol are intended for adults of legal drinking age — please enjoy responsibly.
