Gin Hass Slush with Mango and Lime – Easy Recipe for a Fresh Summer Drink
By Karina Storm
Are you looking for the ultimate Gin Hass Slush? This recipe combines the classic taste of gin, mango, and fresh lime in an ice-cold and creamy slush, which is perfect for hot summer days, barbecues, or cozy evenings on the patio. The recipe is developed for a slush ice machine, so you get the perfect consistency with minimal effort. If you prefer an alcohol-free version, the gin can easily be omitted or replaced with a non-alcoholic alternative – the result is still a fresh and tropical slush.

Ingredients
- 2 dl mango syrup
- 2 dl gin
- 1 dl lime syrup (or juice from 2–3 fresh limes)
- 1 dl water
- 8 dl sugary lemon soda
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- 1
Pour the mango syrup, gin, lime syrup (or freshly squeezed lime juice), water, and sugary lemon soda directly into the slush ice machine. Stir briefly to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
- 2
Turn on the machine, select the “Spiked Slush” program (or equivalent drink program), and set the cooling to the highest level for the best result.
- 3
Let the machine run until your Gin Hass Slush has a delicious, creamy, and frozen consistency. The time varies depending on the machine, but it is ready when the slush is smooth and easy to serve.
- 4
Divide the slush into chilled glasses, garnish with fresh lime wedges, and serve immediately with a straw. If you want extra freshness, you can add a few mint leaves or some grated lime zest.
