Frozen Cocktails

Sweet passion fruit and aromatic vanilla vodka create a lush, golden slush with a clean lime bite. Invented in London in the early two-thousands, it quickly became a modern club favourite for big Saturday celebrations. Float half a fresh passion fruit on top and serve a cold shot of prosecco alongside.
To make Frozen Pornstar Martini in a slush machine, blend vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur (Passoã), passion fruit juice, pour the mix into the machine and run the Frozen Cocktail program for about 20–25 minutes. This Frozen Cocktails recipe makes a full 2.4-litre batch — about 8–10 glasses — ready to serve straight from the tap.

A full batch is 2.4 litres — about 8–10 glasses. Use the portion switch above for a 1-litre half batch or the exact amount per glass.
Around 5.1% alcohol in the finished batch — similar to a regular cocktail. That's deliberately below the ~10% limit where a slush machine stops freezing.
Yes. Mix the same ingredients, add about 1 kg of ice and blend in batches until smooth. The texture is a little icier than from a machine, so serve it straight away.
Almost always too much sugar or alcohol — or warm ingredients. A slush sets at roughly 120–160 g sugar per litre and under ~10% alcohol. Stick to the amounts above, chill everything first, and check your own tweaks in the will-it-freeze calculator.
