Salted Caramel Frappé is a frozen drink from our Frappé & Iced Coffee collection, made with cold strong coffee, caramel syrup, milk. This recipe makes a single serving in roughly 30–45 sec using the Frappé / Crush program on your slush machine.

Pour the mix in at room temperature or chilled — no ice needed. Select the program and let the machine work until the texture is right.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients to the machine.

  2. Step 2

    Select the Frappé / Crush program.

  3. Step 3

    Blend for 30–45 seconds, top with whipped cream and serve immediately.

No slush machine? Add about 1 kg (8 cups) of ice and blend in batches until smooth.
